Several large problems with that statement: 1. the US military was not involved in the US insurgency 2. there are been numerous military coups around the world, but never in the US Take a look at Turkey. When Erdogan did not like the results of an election, he had the winners tossed in jail, declared the results invalid, and reran it.

  8.  @DavidJ222  Trump was not the first to declare an election invalid, and insist it be rerun. Erdogan did the same in Turkey, Maduro did the same in Venezuela, Sisi did it in Egypt, Pinochet in Chile, etc. etc. etc. Those tyrants succeeded. Trump failed because our military stayed true to their oath to the Constitution. All Trump had was a pathetic band of mouth breathers. It is more akin to the yellow vest rioters than tried, and failed, to unseat Macron.
