@syyner1748 The instigators were the rioters.

@Gcssdvnkloiutesc No, DAs are not allowed to withhold exculpatory evidence. That is grounds for dismissal, in a just court.

@syyner1748 The rioter was blocking the street. He was the one who was where he shouldn't have been. It is perfectly legal to drive down the street. It is not legal to block. The violent rioters were the ones breaking the law. The fact this was even charged is sickening, and the fact exculpatory evidence was withheld, is criminal. The DA is the one who should be in jail.

@joeisawesome540 Hard to do, when the DA illegally withholds exculpatory evidence.

There is very little Abbott does, that I agree with. But, this was a good decision. My question is, why does Garza still have his job, after illegally withholding exculpatory evidence?

@trappedinamerica7740 Not true. Exculpatory evidence was withheld, by the DA, which is illegal. If the jury had all the evidence, they'd have never convicted.

@syyner1748 Don't illegally block the road, then threaten someone in a car. Ultimately, the fault is the police's for not arresting the rioters the minute they ceased being peaceful protestors, on the sidewalks. But, if the police don't do their job, don't expect a citizen to abide having a gun pointed at them by a violent rioter. I'm a liberal, and a Democrat. But, I realize the BLM riots were violent and wrong. Where I live, they were used as an excuse to vandalize and burn down synagogues. These rioters were evil racists.

@mattalibozek7258 He was convicted because the DA withheld evidence.

@spir5102 The rioters should not have been blocking the street.
