Impeachment may not be surging, but more citizens want Trump impeached and removed than do not.

Except Clinton was popular with the country, Trump is not. The reason to impeach Clinton was pathetic, his little dalliance did not threaten the Constitution or Rule of Law. Trump's actions do. The crimes Trump has committed are exactly what the founding fathers had in mind when the put impeachment in Article II.

Yeah, sure you're unbiased. And I'm the Queen of England. The evidence was overwhelming, you just refuse to see. The only ones who have lost credibility are those who still say Trump did nothing wrong.

Impeachment numbers rose, then stayed steady. They have not gone down.

@robertporter6204 You do realize there a good number of Democratic candidates that neither like the GND of M4A. The loss of rural medical care is an important issue, one Trump hasn't addressed at all. The only candidate that I've heard talk about it is Klobuchar, and she is for a public option.

You can have him. Let him ruin your country. He's done enough damage here.

So you are for selective prosecutions, the hallmark of a corrupt government?
1
By whom? Certainly not the Republicans. They are down with defiling it.

@williama.3652 Democrats are only 33% of this nation, yet over 51% of the country's population want him impeached and removed. Clearly some non-Democrats want him gone.

Steve Austin "Rabbit hatred"? I've always assumed Elmer Fudd was a Republican.

@A seagypsy's Adventures You clearly did not watch all the hearings, just selected snippets on Fox. If you'd really seen the hearings, you'd have seen ample "evidence of wrong doing". Or just read the Intelligence Committee's report. Are you capable of reading 300 pages, all filled with testimony to Trump's high crimes and misdemeanors?

@ericmartin2470 Wasting money didn't seem to bug the GOP when they spent 2.5 years on Benghazi. It is on republicans because Trump is the poster child for impeachment, yet the GOP puts party over country, and allows him to defile the Constitution with impunity.

@ericmartin2470 No Democratic president has defied the legislative branch and acted like a monarch, just Trump. If anyone is following the dictators playbook, it is him. Without the Electoral College we would have true democracy. As to the mob, it seems most of the unwashed, unschooled mob resides in the very red states the Electoral College gives too much weight to. As it is now, politicians concentrate on swing states. It would be preferable to concentrate on where the citizens reside. One person - one vote.

@Sandlin22 Innocent until guilty only applies to court trials. Impeachment is more like the grand jury, where all that is needed is a preponderance of guilt. We got much more than that. as to the question about who has first hand knowledge, Lt. Col. Vindman was on the call, and does have that. The question was asked of witnesses to other Trump violations of the law.

@JamesBiggar Close, but off a bit. It takes a super majority to remove, 60 out of a 100 Senators. Even if Democrats had a simple majority, we couldn't remove this would-be tyrant.
