  2.  @johnnyzeee5215  What part of "Congress shall make no law regarding an establishment of religion" is too difficult for you to understand? If a judge makes a legal ruling, based upon the tenets of any religion, that is establishing that religion as the state religion, which is clearly unconstitutional.

  3. It's not just the pharmaceutical companies, who were concerned about this decision. Anyone practicing medicine doesn't want to suddenly lose a useful tool, due to the emotional or religious feelings of someone with no expertise. If judges can just remove regulation or undo approval, made by experts, based upon personal feelings or prejudices, nothing can be relied upon. We'd become like Israel, where unelected, self-appointing judges not only overrule laws, based upon feelings, but can block any government action, because the don't feel it is OK. We have a constitution, and no law, regulation or approval, should be overturned, unless it is unconstitutional.
