  3. His coworkers said he was belittling and harassing them. And he said they were mocking him, when they smiled at him. He was several bricks short of a load, and blamed others for his shortcomings.

  4. Sounds like we need to have gun licenses, like they have in Canada, and require a psych evaluation, before a semiautomatic or pistol permit is given.
