  2. "Ukraine failed to follow"? Are you barking mad? Russia promised to respect Ukraine's border, if Ukraine would give Russia its military arsenal. Ukraine gave up its nukes, but Russia still invaded, in 2014, when it could no longer control Ukraine with a puppet president.

  4. Putin has told the lie, about having some agreement from NATO, maybe he's begun to believe it. It is just like Trump's "I really won in 2020". Just because it is often repeated, does not make it true.

  5.  @SprezzaturaLifestyle  No, they don't want propaganda. Sure, Russia tells everyone that NATO agreed to not accept new members, but that is a lie. Name the treaty or agreement, where that promise was made. You can't because it doesn't exist. It is just one of the lies Putin tells so often, fools believe it.
