  1. Doesn't the House hold the purse strings of government, as spending and taxing is an Article I power? Biden is exceeding his authority, to bribe bad students, who took on loans to attend fancy private schools, when they did not qualify for state schools. This is a mistake, just to buy votes, and will backfire. It looked like Democrats would so well, in the midterms, but Biden just handed Congress to the Republicans.
