Is it delayed by omicron or weather? Flying at this time of year is always precarious. It was around this time of the year in 2013, that my flight from Oregon to Newark, NJ then to Ben Gurion Israel was rerouted PDX-LAX-TLV. My bag didn't make it to the Alaska flight to LA, and then the entire middle east was hit be a once in a century snow storm. For a week, my bag sat in Ben Gurion, with no way to get it to me in Jerusalem, because of snow. All the stores in Jerusalem were closed, because of the snow. The heating, in the room I was renting, was via a heat pump, that did not work in the below 0C weather. Then the dud shemesh, broke because of the freeze, and there was no water. So I was stuck, with no clean clothes, no water, in a freezing cold apartment. Enjoy Los Angeles. It could be a lot worse.

@Mark-db8id Back spreading lies? Several scientific studies prove that vaccination severely retards the spread of this virus. Keep living in denial.

@Mark-db8id So, you're still spouting this lie. Numerous scientific studies have shown that immunity due to vaccination is broader, more lasting , and more consistent than immunity from infection. In other words, vaccines are better.

@Mark-db8id That just isn't possible. Vaccination cannot hurt the immune system. Take a university level class in immunology, as I have done, so you stop spouting such BS!

@Mark-db8id Your ignorance shuts nothing down. First, Gibraltar while highly vaccinated, is not 100%. Second, one of the problems with omicron is there is some immune evasion. It's bad for the vaccinated, and even worse for the fools who rely on previous infection. Third, they are not facing the filled hospitals and deaths we are, because of vaccination.

@Mark-db8id I've seen that study, and due to the very small sample set, and some questionable statistical modeling, it has been withdrawn. The fact you're still relying on a withdrawn study shows your extreme conformation biasing, and lack of scientific understanding. I suggest you listen to TWiV, and what virologists have to say, because you only seem capable of spouting falsehoods.
