  1. Does the Brazilian vaccine work against the variant coming out of Manaus? Of all the new variants, this is the one that frightens me. People, who already had immunity to the original strain, are becoming sick and dying from it. I cannot find results of in vitro tests against the Manaus variant, which makes me think that they are not good. Brazil needs to vaccinate its people specifically against this new strain. If not, the world needs to put the entire country in quarantine.
