  1. Russia is committing war crimes, by targeting civilians, but it is not genocide. Terrorists target civilians all the time. When Hamas was launching thousands of missiles at civilian targets, in Israel, did you call it genocide? Do you call the eleven innocent civilians murdered, in terrorist attacks in Israel, the last couple of days genocide? If Russia starts rounding up Ukrainians, living in Russia, for extermination, then it is genocide.
