Any sane American would prefer an indictment wait until there is so much evidence, Trump has no chance of an acquittal, with double jeopardy preventing further trial. Garland told us he would work his way up the chain of conspiracy, to prevent the peaceful transfer of power. The indictments, made so far, show that is exactly what he's doing.
