Patience is a virtue.

He is AG, and doing a fine job of it, not using DOJ as a club, with threats of prosecution. Grow up, and have a little patience. Only a child expects instant gratification.

I'm sure the actual hearing will be open. This is an investigation.
1
No, the real question is why so many Americans want DOJ to act as a partisan tool, rather than render impartial justice.
1
You've no proof DOJ is not conducting investigations. Grow up.

Nowhere is it written that DOJ is supposed to march to Congress's drum. Saying Garland is supposed to, just shows your ignorance. I'm certain that DOJ is acting as it should, and investigating possible crimes. And, when they are ready to indict, we will learn about those crimes. And not before.

@Zolar Czakl While the Republicans taking control of Congress will probably halt the January 6 committee, it will not stop DOJ. The AG's power is derived from the executive branch, not the legislative one. It's truly pathetic, that it only took four years of Trump's minions abusing DOJ, using it as a weapon against opposition, for people to forget what justice is supposed to look like. Until indictments are made, none of us have any idea who is being investigated, and for which crimes. And that is how it's should be.

Garland should be commended for acting in a nonpartisan manner, and not leaking information about DOJ's investigations. You've forgotten what real justice looks like.
1
Because they aren't hearings, but investigations.
1
Have you evidence, that could stand up in a court of law? Or just supposition?
1
Maybe visiting friends and family. Sorry if you haven't any.
1
DOJ is continuing investigations. Indictments have been made. You've no proof for your libelous claims.
1
Or dear, what a terrible idea, a justice who thinks before acting, is.
