So, you think it is fine for a child to start hitting adults? Sure, in times past, no vice principle would have had her arrested, they merely would have spanked her. But, today school authorities are not allowed to even restrain children. Think it through, this is the result of letting children do whatever they want. Notice how the parents make excuses for her, she didn't get enough sleep.
