@chadscott5223 You made the same moronic comment elsewhere. Chemo has a specificity for killing rapidly dividing cells, like cancer cells. And chemotherapy is given under close supervision. The patient's white count and blood chemistry is checked. Bleach kills every cell with no specificity.

@chadscott5223 Chemotherapy kills all cells in the process of division. Since cancer cells grow without restraint, they are more susceptible than normal cells. In getting my degree in microbiology, I took oncology, and much later, I suffered through chemo. There is no evidence that this virus is more susceptible to bleach than host cells. But, go ahead and experiment on yourself.

@boydotero4239 How do you preserve something? By stopping the normal breakdown by microbes, by killing them. How do you sterilize something? By killing microbes. It seems disinfectant and embalming fluid do the same thing.

@kathrynwhite8482 Close. The first vaccine was cowpox (vaccinia) which evokes an immune response against smallpox. The first vaccine was for smallpox. And it's not so much your antibodies are there, but B cells primed to make antibodies. Also, attenuated live viruses can be used for a vaccine. (Think polio.)
