  5. You cast Dershowitz as a Trump ally. He's not. He is a die-hard civil libertarian who does not think impeachment should ever take place. He felt the same way about Bill Clinton's impeachment, and voted for his wife in 2016. A law professor, he always puts his legal assessments over his personal convictions. As proof, he gained fame by representing the neo-Nazis right to march in Skokie, while working for the ACLU, despite being proudly Jewish.
