  1. If Trump feels that we are being hurt by dumping he can bring it to the WTO and ask for restitution. But, his imposing tariffs on steel and aluminium will cause the WTO will fine us as they did for 2002 steel tariffs. Those tariffs caused 200,000 people in the US to lose their jobs and started a trade war, complete with tariffs on our exports, with the EU. This will raise the price of US goods made with steel and aluminium, which will hurt us all and give a competitive advantage to other nations.
