But outrage was expressed when Libya took hostage and killed innocents. More outrage should be expressed about the Houthis killing innocent Yeminis, Saudis and Emirates though.

When Trump was president, a lot of world leaders expressed a similar opinion, about his staying in power. We never accused them of pushing regime change. Many have suggested, including prominent Republicans, that Putin needs to be assassinated. That's a lot stronger than saying he cannot remain in power. Stop trying to make Biden back away from the first strong statement he's made in office, which most of the country agrees with.
