  1. Yes, they don't say they were inside signed envelopes, just that they found "Trump ballots". For all we know, they could just be plants by a Trump supporter.

  2. Gee, my daughter made a mistake the first time she voted, filled in yes when she wanted to vote no, had the elections board send her a new ballot, and put the mistake through the shredder. We don't even know if this was that sort of situation. They put erasers on pencils for a reason, people make mistakes.
