  2. The last time the US was in a declared war was WWII, so that was the last time someone could commit treason against the US. None of the alleged Congressional seditionists have been found guilty of anything yet. But, I agree, nobody apparently involved in a conspiracy should be on a committee, investigating that conspiracy.

  3. "The most one sided select committee ever"? Really? What about the solely Republican House select committee on Benghazi? At least this committee has two Republicans, two who haven't sold their souls to the orange god king.

  4. We already saw the shenanigans, he was willing to pull, during the first impeachment. It would have been nonstop performative deflection and distraction, and badgering of witnesses.
