  1. The first time of what? I believe this is the first time a robotic ship has returned to earth. If you mean the Apollo manned flight to the moon, remember staying up for that, with my mom nudging me awake every few minutes, then being too tired to go to grade school the next day. Everybody always says the first words were "One small step for man,...." But, I remember them being more like, "There's a lot of soft stuff, and you can kick it."
