@richpomanfu164 Yes it did. For clearing the uterine lining after miscarriage. It was well researched, and proven safe and effective. That was 23 years ago.

@ColonelFredPuntridge Which doesn't make him an expert on medicine. Such decision should be left to experts, like those at the FDA, not some idiot judge, who never even took biochemistry or anatomy. With my degree in microbiology, I'm more of an expert, on drug interactions, and I'm not qualified to make such a decision.

@yadig876 This drug isn't given to babies.

How vile!

And now these poor women will have to undergo D&Cs, like in the 1970s.

A PhD in biochemistry or molecular biology is also qualified. But I doubt this judge ever took any science.

@thisisnightshop2037 Of course it is. Take a science class or two. You're clueless.

@yadig876 Of course a woman should always have control over her own body. And nobody else has the right to abrogate her rights. A fetus is a parasite, and only the host has rights. BTW A fetus is not a baby.
1
@yadig876 Where did you get your science degree? Mine's from UCLA, and you are completely wrong. A parasite has no rights. Only the human being, the host, does. Shut up, and grow up. Your immaturity is bothering the adults.

@motosotarc5347 If you think a pregnancy is carried in the brain, you're even more clueless about biology than the average misogynist.

Nobody has banned that anti-parisitical. However, if you don't have worms, you shouldn't take it.
1
Salty Pureblood Ivermectin is a great drug, when you are infested with worms. Pity morons used it against a virus.
1
@karowak1 It is actually a very intelligent remark. This moron judge based his reasoning on the fact the drug wasn't originally developed to cause abortions, but to clear the uterine lining in a spontaneous abortion. By that reasoning, the blood pressure medications Cialis, Viagra and Rogaine, should not be given to help with impotence or balding.
1
@Will34117 Fine, but since abortion doesn't kill children, your point is both moot and stupid.

@thatguyoverthere1569 Even plants are living organisms, so are algae. Basically, this jerk must starve.
