  3. The bullies, intimidating this voter, knew they were doing something illegal. That's why they purposely stayed out of the range of the security cameras. In 2020, there were voter intimidation incidents in Lane County, Oregon. Lane County is largely agricultural, but also contains the University of Oregon, in Eugene. Long gun toting thugs surrounded the drop boxes in Eugene, and prevented people access, so they could not drop off their ballots.
