  1. Beauty is in the eye of the beholder, or in this case, the sobriety of the beholder, because you'd have to be blind drunk to think this ugly thing should have commissioned. What a disgusting boondoggle! Whenever I see something this ugly, and useless, getting taxpayers hard earned money, that could be better spent on almost anything else, I wonder how big the kickback was.
