@adamfernandez3701 You are insane, neither the US or Israel wanted al Assad to remain in power. Israel especially dislikes him, because he allows Iranian backed terrorists to launch missile at Israeli civilian. And, as far as Daash goes, it was the Kurds, with US backing, that contained them, while Turkey, with al Assad's backing, gave them shelter.

@Vlad Mishyn First, many Ukrainian males, working in other parts of Europe, have returned to help with the fight. Second, the prohibition on males, between 18 and 60, with only Ukrainian passports, leaving the country, only started a week ago. Also, men with more than three small children, were allowed to cross into Poland with their wives.

@Vedant Your disjointed comment seems to indicate you think WWI was in the 19th century, when it was in the 20th. Also, plague epidemics occurred from the 14th century to the 18th, not the 19th.
