Sure, he just was identified on video, by eye witnesses, was the person who rented the U-haul filled with more weapons, and was the guy identified by a fireworks store as the purchaser of the items used. He has a social media presence, talking about killing Jews and white people. But, it wasn't him. Can I sell you a bridge?

  3. Despite cameras, it's hard to see when the air is filled with smoke. So, they found a video of him boarding the subway. They also have his U-haul, and a firework shop identified him as the person who bought the stuff recovered in the U-haul. And, his social media is filled with racist hate speech.
