  1. If Biden wants his poll numbers to rise, he should govern as a moderate, and stop trying to push an unpopular "progressive" agenda. There were two dozen "progressive" candidates, in the primary, but Biden was selected because he was a moderate. Biden won the general, because many moderates and conservatives were sick of Trump. It wasn't "progressives" voting for him, and straight Republican ticket for all other offices. He needs to stop pandering to the "progressives". If he doesn't really address inflation, and start acting like a moderate, he'll find he's dealing with both houses of Congress under Republican control, after the midterms.

  2. A big part of the disapproval comes from inflation. People don't need CNN to tell them everything is more expensive.
