  2. I lived the first 30 years of my life in California. It was not like this. We never had such high temperatures, even in the San Fernando valley. We never had such an extended drought. The wild fire season was only a couple of months a year. This was predicted in the late 70s, if we did not stop pumping greenhouse gasses into the atmosphere, and has come true right on schedule. We now have extreme weather, due to climate change. If we don't start reversing this trend now, by the time my grandson is a grown man, much of the world will no longer be habitable.

  5. The dead, dry wood of a home requires less heat to burn than the green, living wood in a tree. These fires are due to the work of man, not g*d. Climate change is real, and people are suffering.

  8. God has nothing to do with the destruction of the planet that man has wrought. It is time to stop deforesting the planet, stop using fossil fuels, stop fouling the waters, stop raising so many cattle.
