  1. He didn't say Trump committed no crimes, he said their is insufficient evidence of a crime to investigate. Maybe, as the Jan. 6 committee continues their investigation into exactly what happened, evidence of a Trump crime will turn up. My gut says the man is a criminal, but my gut feeling is not enough.

  2.  @kewlztertc5386  Have you never heard of probable cause? Suspicion or implication are not enough, you have to have a bit more to investigate, you don't need as much as you'd need to prosecute, but you can't go on a fishing expedition because the guy 'seems' dirty.
