  1. Have they asked any of Neely's 44 previous victims, how they feel about his death? Did they ask the guy Neely pushed onto the tracks? Did they ask the 67 year old woman, whose nose and eye socket Neely broke, how she felt when her attacker was just released? Those who failed to take Neely off the streets are to blame for his death, and the danger innocents were placed in, because this dangerous lunatic was allowed to roam the streets. Where was his concerned family before they sensed a big payout?

  4. The man was a threat until he was dead. Penny shouldn't have been arrested, but awarded for making the city safer.

  5. His training would have been for enemy combatants, not a crazy person. Sane people yield sooner than lunatics.

  6. That black man would still be alive, if he'd been jailed or committed, after one of his 44 arrests. If he'd been locked up, as he should have been, he wouldn't have been threatening more innocent people, and wouldn't have needed to be restrained.
