  3.  @rickerhart907  Nah, when corporation taxes were dropped, they just did stock buybacks. The corporations did not really invest the money.

  4.  @julesfans5190  Do you honestly think all the expensive programs initiated, will cease in ten years time? Not only will they spend this money, in less than ten years, they will come back for more in about five. That is just how government programs work.

  6.  @hiimelfo  First, there is a difference between spending revenue, and not collecting it. That money wasn't given to the rich, it just wasn't taken. Second, not collecting all that revenue was bad, and congress should reverse many of the tax cuts for corporations, but that doesn't mean they should enact limitless spending bills. Let them first, change the tax code, so there are lot less loopholes, for corporations and the very rich, better fund the IRS, so all revenue owed is collected, pass the much needed bipartisan infrastructure bill, and spend the money already allocated. Then, when revenues start to increase, they can take a look at what social spending we can actually afford.

  9. Except the bipartisan infrastructure bill would cost one trillion not four trillion, and this country really needs it. But, don't let the facts get in the way of dissing something that would help everyone.
