  2. Which countries in the Middle East do you think pose a greater kidnapping risk, than travel to Canada or Belgium? There are more kidnappings in the UK, than in Israel, more in the Barbados than in Morocco. And more kidnappings in Canada or Belgium, than any of the other countries I noted. So, should we have to sign away any help, from the US government, if we travel to Canada? Such a waiver should only be required if traveling to a hostile foreign country, that might be the kidnapper.
