No, he is acting like government money comes from the tax payers, because it does. That is why he didn't want a person making over $75K a year to get government money. Why do you have a problem with not giving money to the well off? And the minimum wage thing had to be pulled out of this bill, not because of Manchin, but because it is not a budget item, so cannot pass through reconciliation.

@sarapulford5957 He pays a smidge over minimum wage, and is afraid that if the wage goes to $15/ hour, he'll have to fire half his people. But, just repeat the lies other people write. Some idiot here wrote that he owns a coal company. Such outrage from the truly ignorant.

Why is someone, who truly represents what his constituents want, a disgrace? Why do you have the hubris to dictate to another state who they can have represent them? You don't like Manchin, move to West Virginia, start you own business in that depressed state, and then vote your conscience. Then get a couple thousand of your friends to do the same.
