  1. US government employees are not a foreign power. Why would we care about the action of government employees while determining how a foreign power perverted our elections, unless those employees were working for that foreign power? Imagine if the police were investigating a robbery, and found credible evidence of who committed the crime. But, instead of prosecuting the perps, there were three investigations of why the cops arrested them. The FBI was investigating criminal conspiracy and hostile foreign espionage. But, Barr wants to investigate the cops a third time instead of going after the real criminal.
