Sure, you can get natural immunity, by risking death or disability, and infecting others who may die or become disabled. But, you'd have to be both selfish and stupid to do so.

@MichaelWilliams85 It is the unvaccinated, not the vaccinated, who are allowing this virus to spread. The mRNA vaccines are far more effective than any vaccine produced before. And, unlike attenuated polio vaccines, there is no risk of a virus reverting to wild type, as no actual virus is used.

@marlonjohnson915 RNA, be it mRNA, miRNA, siRNA, or tRNA, is ribonucleic acid. There is no "Luciferace" or nano-particle in RNA. Do take a biology course.

Steven Wyatt Good thing none of the items you mention are found in any vaccine produced. If you had chickenpox, I strongly suggest you get the shingles vaccine. Varicella (the chickenpox virus) takes up residence in your nerves, and as you get older, and your immune system weakens, gives you shingles. I understand it is very painful, which is why I got the shingles vaccine. An ounce of prevention ....

@MichaelWilliams85 As someone who has avidly read MMWR, since I was 15, I know that a much greater percentage, of our population, has died of Covid-19 than from influenza since 1918.

@StephenYuan Of course there are risks to vaccination, but they are much, much smaller than the risk of being unvaccinated.

GBS occurs in 0.003% of vaccinations, and 0.15% of Covid infections. Can you do the risk analysis? (Hint: 0.003 is a smaller number than 0.15.)
