I've been reticent to endorse either the Astrazeneca or J&J vaccines, because they use a chimp adenovirus vector. I've been worried that chimp adenoviruses are a bit too much like human adenoviruses, antigenically.

  3.  @shiloniousmonk  You're completely wrong! None are poison, you're confusing vaccines with chemotherapy, which implies true ignorance. The Pfizer and Moderna vaccines use mRNA to get the body to produce segments of viral proteins. The Astrazeneca and J & J use a chimp adenovirus as a vector for viral protein segments.

You're welcome to scour through all the papers on ncbi pubmed, as the paywall is down. Although without the appropriate education, that you clearly lack, I doubt you'd understand them.

Basically a chimp adenovirus, genetically altered to have some spike protein, and a bunch of preservatives to prevent bacterial infection.

  9.  @ddarko61885  It's not cutting corners, it's intelligent risk assessment. The danger of the virus is clearly greater than the vaccine risk. If these women's immune systems tended to cross react with their platelets, on exposure to this antigen, they would have done so if they were infected with the virus, but even more so.

  13.  @dragonskylords9032  First, J&J is not an mRNA vaccine. Second, anyone who has taken biochemistry knows exactly how mRNA works in the body. It is brought to the endoplasmic reticulum through signaling, where ribosomes have tRNA bring amino acids to the proper codons. I had to learn this from books and lectures. All these morons, dumping on vaccines, should read a few medical history books. I recommend Rats, Lice and History . The reason most children survive to adulthood today, is because of advancements in hygiene and vaccinations. If we went back to the days, where water and food was often contaminated, and there were no vaccines, the human population soon be halved.
