  3. Innocent till guilty is not the standard in confirmation hearings. Set aside his possible sexual crimes, set aside his perjury, he is not temperamentally suited to be a Justice. Did you see his uncontrolled rage and rudeness?

  4. It's hilarious that some people don't realize law enforcement does a better job when they have leads. Background checks don't go into every detail of a person's life. The person being checked gives them references and they question those people. They check the criminal record. But since his victims didn't come forward until now, he didn't have one. Until he swore, under oath, that he wasn't a drunk, they wouldn't have thought to interview college friends to find he was lying. His victims coming forward gave them leads to pursue, which the FBI didn't have in previous investigations.

  5. The last thing Kavanaugh is is a good man. He's a perjurer, a bully, a sexual predator, a mean black-out drunk, a gambler, and a partisan hack. Wait until the FBI is finished, you'll find that he's far from good. Keeping such a vile man from the Supreme Court is patriotism, not treachery.
