  1. Sorry that you quit before your time. It must be hard, to give a rat's backside, about patients that purposely left themselves vulnerable. I got my BA in microbiology, and was planning on going into medicine, until I realized that politics were forcing us to treat something that clearly was an emergent retrovirus, as a genetic disease (GRID/AIDS).

  2. If you're nursing your baby, and have been vaccinated, your child should get some protection from the IgA in your milk. Still, you're absolutely right to protect your baby from your unvaccinated sister. My daughter has a 2 1/2 year old, and even though all the adults around him are vaccinated, she won't relax until he gets vaccinated too.

  3. I really haven't much sympathy for those who could have gotten vaccinated, but chose not to. But, I do feel for that woman, whose 8 year old boy was sick for weeks. It is so horrible to have your baby sick. He probably caught it from some goober, that felt it was his right to remain unvaccinated.
