@michaelthomas9773 Telling a dog poop joke is inappropriate. The photo was not sexual harassment, nor should it have been grounds to remove him from office. He was on SNL, a place known for juvenile jokes. And that is all the photo was. There is a big difference between such a photo, and intimating that your job depends upon sleeping with a old guy you do not want.

@adrxdeedrich5091 Flirting with a younger underling is harassment. Why would a 25 year old be attracted to a married man in his 60s? You cannot imagine the stress such constant questioning, about having an affair, would bring someone.

What was really said was "Listen to all Women". And the women accusing Cuomo seem like they really faced harassment.

So, then the same sort of thing did not happen to you. You weren't in a position of power over this young woman. You couldn't fire her. But, I guarantee you, she had had old farts make unwanted passes at her before. My daughters went to high school on public buses. And at least once a month, one of them faced a pass from a disgusting old man. The difference was, they could get away from the old creep, without fear of job loss.

@halinabemben9932 Men should not flirt with people who work for them. Constantly asking, about whether she would have an affair with an older man, is wrong. I've had men that I wasn't attracted to flirt with me, I've also had a boss make inappropriate passes at me. The first is easily rebuffed. The second puts you in a terrible position, and causes undo stress. People don't want to lose their job, and flirting has a way of escalating into implied threats.
