  1. So the point of this whole thing was to make developed countries feel guilty, for vaccinating their own people first. He's whining that donated vaccines are at the end of their shelf life. I guess he's never heard the phrase "beggars can't be choosers". And, at 35% fully vaccinated, South Africa is one of the best vaccinated African countries. Are they planning on giving any of their bounty away to less fortunate countries?
