  1. Those who vote for mail have to sign the outer envelope of their ballot, when they send it in. In Oregon, the signature is verified by the same sort of machine banks have used for checks for decades. And we don't have ballot harvesting, because nobody else may collect your ballot, just the postal and elections board employees. There is less voter fraud, voting by mail, than there is using easily hacked voting machines. There is no difference what-so-ever between absentee voting and voting by mail. If Trump has no problem with voting by mail, if it is secure, why did he have his toady in the Post Office rip out our mail boxes, especially in the parts of my city where minority citizens live.
