Removal from office, if done nunc pro tunc, will have an effect. If he is removed, retroactive to his inauguration, legally it is as if he were never president. He will receive no pension, no GSA office, and he and his family will have no security details.

Chris, you did not answer @blOOm's question, Impeachment does not just happen to presidents. He asked if anyone impeached had been pardoned, not any president. In fact, the only cases where someone has been impeached and removed, have been officials who were not president. According to Wikipedia, presidential pardons do not apply to cases of impeachment. They cite a book by Akhil Amar, America's Constitution: A Biography, for that info.
