  1. If she had announced this, before the Georgia runoff, it would have meant Republican voters would have known, that control of the Senate rested on the outcome. That would have encouraged more votes for Walker, and he probably would have won. By waiting until after Warnock won, she helped him win. That seems like a very good motive to me.

  2. The timing allowed Warnock to win in Georgia. If she'd announced before, Republican voters, who stayed home, would have voted, and Walker would have won. This demonstrates some loyalty to the Democratic party, despite the horrible way some woke activists have treated her, for voting the way her constituents prefer.

  3.  @Nushka1962  And Sinema refused to do something, that her more conservative constituents, didn't want, despite asshats following her into the restroom, and harassing her while she urinated. Both women refused to cave, and both did what they felt was right, despite pressure. Both women were censured, by their state party, for standing resolute. I see no difference.

  5. So let's see. She gets elected Senator, in a state that leans red, because she isn't a party loyalist. She gets harassed by woke activists, from other states, for not caving into their demands, for fulfilling her promise not to be a knee-jerk party loyalist. This included men, who followed her into the restroom, invading her privacy, and that of other women. She is censured by unelected officials of the miniscule state party. People lie about her and call her names. And yet, rather than announce her switch to Independent before the Georgia runoff, which would have allowed Walker to win, she waits. Yet fools still castigate her for waiting. Why don't the woke idiots, who make up on 11% of our party, see she was being loyal. If she'd announced before the runoff, Republicans would have seen that the balance of power, in the Senate, might have been affected by their vote. Then, all the Republicans, who voted for Walker in the general, but stayed home in the runoff, would have voted, and elected Walker. She could have really screwed Democrats over, by switching before the runoff, or deciding to caucus with Republicans. Instead, despite all the grief she's received, she did not.
