  2.  @steveb796  Drug regulations have nothing to do with this case. But, I do know people who stock up on antibiotics, when they go to Mexico, so if they have a bacterial infection they don't have to wait to go to a physician. I've known diabetics, who bought their insulin in Mexico, because it was so much cheaper.

  3. They took a risk, that in hindsight seems a bad one. But, if you have a problem, that is making you so miserable, that you want to die, and you can't afford to remedy it at home, what choice do you have?

  4. Mexico is a sovereign country. We can't do squat, except take away their primary market, by legalizing all drugs.
