  1. If you read McCabe's book, you'll find that the FBI was demoralized by Comey's firing. He wrote that the staff was depressed, some even wept. Trump kept telling him that the FBI was happy about the firing, and McCabe tried to tell him that was wrong, as tactfully as possible. But, Trump kept repeating that lie. It is not surprise that Sanders parroted him.
