  1.  The Ghey Mantis  It has been shown that the human brain is not fully developed before age 25. How do you feel about raising the voting age to 25? Since it has been shown young men actually take much longer to mature, perhaps it should be 30 for males. And while some people begin cognitive decline in their 40s, some are still much sharper than you clearly are at 80. If their constituents want to keep senators in office, in what you consider their dotage, they should have the right to. Since SCOTUS is not reconfirmed by voters, I could agree with term limits, but who are you to say who people are allowed to vote for. Senators are supposed to cooperate with each other, friendships form over time, those friendships are valuable in getting legislature passed.
