  4.  @denisenoonan1089  That depends upon the state you live in. In Oregon, on a silver plan, there are few deductibles, and the premium is much cheaper than I could get before the ACA. Talk to a few independent contractors in reasonable states, we like the ACA.

  5. Politicians are elected by the people. Politicians represent the will of the people far better than a nepotistic panel of judges appointing other judges. When that is how judges are chosen, and the will of the people changes, as it always does, the judges then use their power to harass and hamper the will of the people. This is a much better system than any other, with the addition of term limits set so every president gets two appointments per term.
