The pandemic is not an excuse, but a valid reason for sensible precautions. I would prefer my grandsons don't have to suffer, like I am. But then, unlike you, I'm not a selfish jerk.

They are unaware that a symptomatic case of Covid doubles your chances of having diabetes, even if you're a healthy weight. They think ignorance is bliss, and can't understand why you want to be aware of risks.

  11. The problem with your approach is, the very people who don't want to wear a mask, the fools who don't get vaccinated, are the ones who most need to wear them, to avoid infecting others. I'd have no problem with dropping the mask mandate, if a vaccination mandate were in place.

  23. It was never expected to become less deadly with each variant, by anyone with any education in the field. And, it has not become less deadly. In fact, with Omicron, death counts more than quadrupled. The only reason things are a little better, is due to vaccination. But, too many fools refuse to be protected, so many will continue to be disabled or die.
