It's called joy riding. Steal the nicest car you can find, and go for a drive.

The social contract with police is, they will get criminals, like this young thug, off the streets. Then only way the contract was broken, was by not arresting and jailing him, for the previous times he'd stolen a car, and driven without a license.

He was too young to have a license, and had stolen a car, then tried to evade arrest. It wasn't an execution.

The people, who have a right to be angry, are the victims of the violence, perpetrated by a group of people, who think they are superior to everyone else, and need not obey the laws of the land they've illegally invaded.

There is even more footage of violence, perpetrated by these thugs, against innocents. France needs to properly punish the murders they commit. But, no, they bend over backwards to go soft of them, because they are afraid of the violent riots that arise. Look at the case of the Holocaust victim, murdered by one of these thugs, who threw off of her balcony, after invading her home, and torturing her for hours. He got off because he'd been smoking cannabis prior to the attack.
