  1. Previous judgements, by higher courts, have found none of Trump's goons have executive privilege, and that was while he was still president. Later rulings, after Biden was president, have found only Biden, and his administration, now have executive privilege. Could that be the reason the judge did not allow Bannon, to make the bogus claim, that he was protected by executive privilege?
