  1. People have had a false sense of security with the moratorium on rents. That won't last. They will be thrown out like a Blitzkrieg. That is maybe the dark winter Biden spoke about. It will be dark times. Always pay your rent/mortgage/taxes first. Don't allow liens on your property. Millions on the street will be a huge national crisis. There are going to be a lot of children, handicapped, poor, elderly on the street and very desperate. When people are displaced from their homes in a crisis, what does the government do? It is better to stay in your home, even if you can't pay anything else. Landlords are in it for business, not charity. If you can't pay rent, they can't keep you indefinately.
